PRIVATE

Private sessions ensure personalised attention, feedback, cuing and corrections for proper form and alignment. Important for preventing injuries and ensuring effectiveness. Programs are individualised to the specific needs, goals, and fitness levels of client. Access to a variety of Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. This equipment allows for a vast range of exercises and modifications. Also prevents plateaus and provides a more holistic approach to fitness, working the entire body in varied ways that mat work alone cannot. The use of spring-loaded resistance on the equipment provides both assistance and challenge, which can be adjusted to your specific fitness level and goals. This targeted resistance training leads to enhanced strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness, often with visible results faster than other formats.
